Refunds & Returns Conditions

  1. Returns Eligibility
    Our return policy applies to the Strideit product purchased directly from us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. If you miss that window, we won’t be able to process a return or refund. If you believe the product is faulty or unsuitable for your skin type, we may request that you try the correct method of application to ensure proper adhesion. Returns are not accepted if 50% or more of the product contents have been used.

  2. Return Process

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting details (e.g., photos of the product). Our customer support team will guide you through the process. Pack your items securely, including the original order details, so we can identify your return.

  3. Refund Process
    Refunds are free of charge. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. (Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.)

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    If you choose to return the product, you will be responsible for shipping fees. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription orders shipped prior to a cancellation request.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp at +971585898717. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return as per our return policy.
